In the event that there is a problem with one of our products we are happy to work with the customer to find a solution. If the product has been damaged in any way, we will organise a replacement or refund under the following conditions;
- We are notified within 7 days of the product arriving that there is a problem
- We are sent photos of the damaged goods
- You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
